Pokémon Tool Rule: Attach EXP.ALL to 1 of your Pokémon that doesn't have a Pokémon Tool attached to it.

During your opponent's turn, if your Active Pokémon would be Knocked Out by your opponent's attack, you may take 1 of the basic Energy cards attached to your Active Pokémon and attach it to the Pokémon with EXP. ALL attached to it. If your do, discard EXP.ALL.

Here is a card that is good and not so good, helpful and unhelpful. I have discussed this card with several people and we had several opinions about this card. I think it is somewhat helpful.

My opinion is, if a card lets me attach an extra energy then it has to be good. In nearly every game I wish I could have one of those energies that is attached to that Pokémon that just got Knocked Out to put on the Pokémon I am about to bring active. Now I can do that. This is very helpful for decks that make you discard, especially Fire decks.

Other people think that it is a waste of deck space. They think that other cards are more useful. Well, they are correct. They are correct, there are lots of cards that are much useful. Gold Berry, Computer Search, Professor Oak, etc. For what it does it is helpful. If you want to get as much energy on in one turn as you can it is helpful. You can decide which side of the fence you are on.
